The view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. It was a treat to wake up to such gorgeous scenery every morning. the spaciousness of the caravan was also a big plus, providing ample room for everyone to move around comfortably. having two toilets was a great convenience, especially when traveling with a group.

the beds were quite hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there was a problem with the main bathroom door, as we kept getting locked inside until we figured out the trick of lifting the handle up instead of down.

We had a great Easter break at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the amenities and the beach. the views from the hotel were stunning, especially the sunsets in the evening. the accommodation itself was clean and well-stocked, with everything we needed. We were particularly impressed with the full-sized fridge/freezer, which was a bonus. the decking area was a great feature, perfect for enjoying the views and keeping the little ones safe with the closed gate.

That the cooker wasn't fully functioning. the large gas ring and grill didn't work, which was a bit inconvenient for our family of five.

For the price we paid, we couldn't believe the value we got at Warren View Villa. The room was clean and tidy, the location was perfect with beautiful views, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Watching the vintage trains pass by from the deck was a highlight of our stay at Warren View. The location and view were excellent, and it was a pleasant walk down to Dawlish Warren. Our pet dog also enjoyed the fully enclosed decking. The hosts were great at communication and accommodated our early check-in. The kitchen and bedrooms were nice, and we appreciated the provided amenities like the washing machine and dishwasher with detergents. we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider returning.

Great location, beautiful view! Lovely and modern with a great shower. Fabulous washing machine. Nice kitchen and bedrooms. Hosts were great at communicating and accommodating us with an early check-in. The hosts tried to fix a problem but were unable to so offered another stay at a reduced rate. Everything was fully equipped and clean, loved the Christmas decorations and the extra touch of an Christmas tree.
